Located in Zavala County, outside of Crystal City, about 2.2 miles East of Hwy 83 off of FM 1025. The ranch can be accessed from FM 1025 from Marburger Road or Ritchie Road.

Description:

There is a pole barn when you drive in the north gate. A modular home could easily be put in place here. The ranch has 4 deer breeder pens. No deer are currently in the pens. There are multiple protein feeders, corn feeders and blinds. There is also a set of cattle pens. American Electric Power provides the ranch with 3-phase electricity.
