The ranch is watered with two water wells one working on an electric pump and the other is a windmill. The wet-weather Huisache and Cox Creeks traverse the ranch adding to its beauty and character.


Native wildlife is abundant on the ranch and includes Whitetail deer, dove, quail, and turkey. Additionally, the bird watching is amazing as the ranch offers sanctuary to a multitude of annual and seasonal birds.
